How to search for found items 

  1. You can see the registered found items in Found > Ongoing.
  2. You can search the platform for found items manually or by using keywords, categories, and date ranges.
  3. The search will pick up the item information such as item title, place found, and additional information.

Edit an item when a customer is on the phone or in person

  1. Once you are confident you have found their item, go to the tab Actions > Return Options.
  2. Enter the customer’s contact details.
  3. Select a return option.
  4. This will send an email to the customer with all the necessary information.
