Download reports from the dashboard

  1. Go to Dashboard on the left sidebar.
  2. A quick overview of registered items and enquiries will appear customisable for 7 or 30 days.
  3. At the bottom of the page, reports can be downloaded for:
    • Year, Month, and Week Comparison of lost, found, and returned items including the return rate since the start of use.
    • Enquiry Resolution Time Report for all items registered on the platform.
    • Suggested Matches Report for all the current items matched with enquiries by the system.

Download reports with customisable dates

To download reports with customised dates (up to 45 days):

  1. Go to the Pull Reports section on the right side of the screen.
  2. Select the date range you’d like the report to include.
  3. Download Items Report contains a dashboard overview, registered found items and lost enquiries per day and in total, total matches, total returns, and total items expired.
  4. Download Snapshot Report contains a summary of the total lost enquiries, found items, items returned, rate of return, and last activity recorded on the platform.
