Dealing with enquiries
- In View Enquiries on the left sidebar, you will be able to see all the lost item enquiries in one place.
- Use the buttons at the top to filter through All, New, Ongoing, Expired or Returned enquiries.
- Under New enquiries, select the one you are looking for and click Compare to see if any found items match the item enquiry description.
Create a new enquiry on behalf of a customer
- Can’t find an item? Fill out a lost report form on behalf of the customer by going to Report Lost in the left sidebar.
- Make sure to collect all the customer’s details and as much information about the item as possible.
- The customer will receive a confirmation email containing a unique reference number.
- The report will now appear in View Enquiries on the left sidebar as New.
