Dealing with enquiries

  1. In View Enquiries on the left sidebar, you will be able to see all the lost item enquiries in one place.
  2. Use the buttons at the top to filter through All, New, Ongoing, Expired or Returned enquiries.
  3. Under New enquiries, select the one you are looking for and click Compare to see if any found items match the item enquiry description.

Create a new enquiry on behalf of a customer

  1. Can’t find an item? Fill out a lost report form on behalf of the customer by going to Report Lost in the left sidebar.
  2. Make sure to collect all the customer’s details and as much information about the item as possible.
  3. The customer will receive a confirmation email containing a unique reference number.
  4. The report will now appear in View Enquiries on the left sidebar as New.
