How to search for found items
- You can see the registered found items in Found > Ongoing.
- You can search the platform for found items manually or by using keywords, categories, and date ranges.
- The search will pick up the item information such as item title, place found, and additional information.
Edit an item when a customer is on the phone or in person
- Once you are confident you have found their item, go to the tab Actions > Return Options.
- Enter the customer’s contact details.
- Select a return option.
- This will send an email to the customer with all the necessary information.
