Manage Matches from the ‘Suggested Matches’ Engine

NotLost will compare found items and lost enquiries automatically.

  1. Go to Suggested Matches on the left side panel.
  2. All the suggested matches will be shown.
  3. Press the Compare Suggested button on each item to view suggestions and select the best match or dismiss them.

If you’re confident it is a match

  1. Press Match. This will send an email to the customer enabling them to select a return process.
  2. Please, refer to the Return Items section on the HelpHub.

If you are certain it is not a match

  1. Press the grey X button to dismiss the item.
  2. The item will sit in Found > Ongoing until a new match is found or it expires or is returned.
