Manage Matches from the ‘Suggested Matches’ Engine
NotLost will compare found items and lost enquiries automatically.
- Go to Suggested Matches on the left side panel.
- All the suggested matches will be shown.
- Press the Compare Suggested button on each item to view suggestions and select the best match or dismiss them.
If you’re confident it is a match
- Press Match. This will send an email to the customer enabling them to select a return process.
- Please, refer to the Return Items section on the HelpHub.
If you are certain it is not a match
- Press the grey X button to dismiss the item.
- The item will sit in Found > Ongoing until a new match is found or it expires or is returned.
