How to expire items
On Profile Settings > My Venue Profile, you can set the number of days after an ongoing item will automatically expire. This will be defaulted for your venue, but you can expire every item manually.
Want to expire an item manually?
- Go to Actions > Expire Item.
- Choose an Expiry Route from the option in the drop down menu.
- Press on Submit.
All expired items can be found in Completed > Expired.
How to expire enquiries
- Go to View Enquiries.
- Find the specific enquiry.
- Update the status column to Expired.
- This will send an automated email to the customer letting them know their enquiry has expired.
You can set the number of days after an enquiry expires in Profile Settings > My Venue Profile page. After this time, the enquiry will automatically expire.
