How to send a message to a customer

  1. Go to View Enquiries.
  2. Click on the enquiry you would like to message the customer or visitor about.
  3. Type your message under Messages to Customer on the right side of the window.

How to see message replies sent to the venue

  1. Press Messages on the left sidebar.
  2. Unread messages will appear with a green circle on them.
  3. To see the item they refer to, click the folded sheet icon on the right of each message.
  4. If you wish to reply or get back to it later, mark it as unread by clicking on the vertical three dots on the right side of each message.

Messages will automatically expire if you have set them to expire under a certain number of days under Messages Expire After (Days) on the Profile Settings > My Venue Profile page.
