Add a shortcut to the NotLost website in your mobile homescreen 

The following instructions are for venues that do not use single sign-on (SSO).

iOS (iPhone or iPad)

Using Safari:

  1. Launch Safari on your iPhone or iPad and go to admin.notlost.com
  2. Tap the Share icon at the bottom in the middle of the screen (a square with an upward-pointing arrow).
  3. Scroll through the options and choose Add to Home Screen.
  4. You can edit the name of the shortcut (e.g., “NotLost Admin”) or leave it as is. This name will be displayed under the icon on your home screen.
  5. After naming, tap Add in the upper-right corner.
  6. The shortcut to admin.notlost.com will now appear on your home screen. Simply tap the icon to go directly to the site.

Using Chrome:

  1. Open the Google Chrome app on your iPhone or iPad and visit admin.notlost.com
  2. Tap the Share icon in the top-right corner of the screen (a square with an upward-pointing arrow) to open the menu.
  3. From the menu, select Add to Home Screen.
  4. You can edit the name of the shortcut (e.g., “NotLost Admin”) or leave it as is. This name will be displayed under the icon on your home screen.
  5. After naming, tap Add in the upper-right corner.
  6. The shortcut to admin.notlost.com will now appear on your home screen. Simply tap the icon to go directly to the site.

 

Android OS

Using Chrome:

  1. Open the Google Chrome app on your Android device and visit admin.notlost.com
  2. Tap the Three-Dot Menu in the top-right corner of the screen to open the menu.
  3. From the menu, select Add to Home Screen.
  4. You can edit the name of the shortcut (e.g., “NotLost Admin”) or leave it as is. This name will be displayed under the icon on your home screen.
  5. Chrome will ask for confirmation. Tap Add again to place the shortcut on your home screen.
  6. The icon for admin.notlost.com will now appear on your home screen. Simply tap the icon to go directly to the site.
